Block 1 consists of a raw material dissolving tank with a variable mixer and a storage tank with a variable mixer.
Block 2 consists of a pre-cooking tank and a syrup cooking tank.
Block 3 is composed of a system for depositing the syrup by injection on a belt of moulds (3 formats) and a cooling tunnel to eject the sweets on an evacuation belt in order to condition them afterwards.
The whole system is controlled by a Siemens Simatic S7-1200 PLC with the HMI screen.
