2000 L tank, double jacket with vacuum and equipped pressure:
– of a stirring system with double rotation and movement system
alternative (8 to 48 rpm)
– a 2-speed NTPE homogenizer: with forced agitation with or without recirculation newly equipped with a variable speed drive (min 500 -max 3000 rpm)
– high and low position (recirculation)
– steam heating and chilled water cooling

Minimum to be processed 350 L

MELTER R2

800 L tank, double jacketed with vacuum and equipped pressure:
– a 2-speed Ystral type pendulum agitator. With forced agitation position I (1500 t / min) and position II (3000 t/ min)
– steam heating and chilled water cooling.

Minimum to be processed 150 L

MELTING TANK R3

340 L tank, double jacket with vacuum and equipped pressure:

– a 2-speed Ystral type pendulum agitator: with forced agitation position I(1500 t/ min) and position II (3000 t/ min)
– steam heating and chilled water cooling.

Minimum to be processed 100 L
