Used to package, wrap and protect various products, the L-sealer is a compact machine frequently used in industrial sectors. These packaging machines allow to create film bags (pouches) without full shrinkage. The machine performs the wrapping of products.
First, the product, bundle or batch, is wrapped from a reel of stretch and shrink plastic film on both sides. This can be done automatically or manually.
Next, the package is positioned in the sealing frame. The sealing arm then drops down to the product and performs the sealing and L-shaped cutting of the shrink film. The product is evacuated directly by a conveyor or manually.
Ideal for small production series, some automatic machines are able to perform the operation at higher speeds capacities. L-sealers are suitable for different types of products and speeds requirements.
The sealing frame can be closed manually (semi-automatic L-sealer), electrically (automatic L-sealer) or pneumatically (automatic L-sealer).
