Osertech is a company specialized in the purchase, sale, and refurbishment of used industrial equipment. Founded in 1994 and taken over in 2019, Osertech supports manufacturers in optimizing, transferring, and recommissioning their equipment by offering reliable, sustainable technical solutions tailored to each need.
Osertech’s offices and warehouses are located at 5 rue Pierre et Marie Curie, 28310 Janville-en-Beauce, France.
We strongly recommend making an appointment to ensure that our teams are available. This allows us to prepare for your visit, inspect a machine, or discuss your industrial equipment purchase or sale project effectively.
Osertech offers four sales conditions for used industrial equipment:
For parts: machine not functional or requiring too much repair, sold for component recovery or retrofit.
As is condition: equipment sold in its current condition, without testing, accompanied by a visual inspection report.
Verified and tested: equipment tested mechanically and electrically in our warehouses, with validation video and detailed report. The majority of our industrial equipment is available in this condition, guaranteeing a high level of reliability before shipment.
Refurbished/renovated: equipment modernized according to specifications defined with the customer (painting, automation, new parts, etc.).
Most of our industrial equipment is stored at our warehouses in Janville-en-Beauce. Some equipment can also be installed or stored directly at our customers’ premises as part of brokerage assignments.
Yes, many purchases are made remotely. Osertech provides photos, videos, inspection reports, and can organize live videoconferences from the workshop to present industrial equipment.
The machines are sold without a time guarantee. However, unless otherwise specified, the equipment is checked and tested in our workshops before shipment. Inspection reports and test videos are provided where possible. This is the Osertech Quality Pledge.
On certain industrial equipment, it is possible to carry out tests with your products. This possibility depends on the type of machine and must be validated in advance with our technical team.
Osertech does not specialize in the sale of new equipment. However, some used machines have never been used and may still be in their original packaging.
Most of the available machines are listed on our website. However, some equipment may be available soon, currently being verified, or still in our network. If you are looking for specific equipment that is not listed, you can submit a request and we will check our professional network.
Yes, Osertech can organize the reassembly of industrial equipment at your site by calling on qualified and experienced service providers.
A 30% deposit is required upon ordering. The balance must be paid before shipment. Payments are made by bank transfer.
All documentation, spare parts, and accessories available from previous users are provided with the industrial equipment.
If there is a malfunction upon receipt, it is imperative to contact Osertech immediately. A solution will be determined: return, repair, or remote technical assistance.
Osertech mainly purchases processing and packaging machinery from the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.
Osertech offers a quick buyback, as is, without warranty, with disassembly and removal included. Payment terms: 100% upon order. In addition, thanks to high online visibility and an international network, the equipment benefits from maximum exposure.
After validation of a purchase order and receipt of the invoice, payment is made. Disassembly and removal are then planned in coordination with the seller.
Yes, Osertech offers brokerage solutions that allow you to sell equipment while keeping it on site until the end of its useful life.
Yes, Osertech has the experience and resources necessary to purchase entire factories. The Osertech Project program is designed for the acquisition of sites or large volumes of equipment.
Yes, Osertech organizes national and international shipments by road, sea, or air, with appropriate regulated packaging solutions.
Yes, the customer can arrange transportation. Osertech will then provide the necessary information and recommend taking out Ad Valorem insurance.
Machines are generally available immediately, subject to the technical preparation time required prior to shipment.
When transport is organized by Osertech, specialized insurance covers the equipment, subject to eligible geographic areas.
