The equipment presented is a weighing line equipped with a weighing machine type VPV45 Duo, it is composed of the following elements:

The machine was used very little. Documentation, certificate of conformity, food certification available.
The weight range of the weigher is from 10 gr. to 2000 g.
The scale is designed for homogeneous size products with a maximum length of 55 mm.
The weigher can reach approx 25 weights per minute. The scale is made of stainless steel. The precision is ± one piece. The scale consists of two 20 litre capacity receiving hoppers, two pre-dosing channels with two tuning channels and two support containers; these components are located in a staggered way. The hopper and each channel are fed by high amplitude individual vibrators, specially designed to advance products with high stickiness.
The product falls into a hopper, the hopper advances the pre-dosing channel and the tuning channel. The closing flaps prevent the product from spilling once weighed. The correct regulation of the product volume in the channels is controlled by means of direct detection cells. The detection cells are adjustable in height. The weight bowl is easy to extract, it is controlled by two weighing cells, with an automatic tare, programmable according to the product. The weigher is controlled by a touch screen with memory for 50 different programs depending on the product. All the machine settings can be made from this single screen and the changes made are saved in the machine’s work program. The production information of the machine can be printed out. The program has an automatic system to detect any production failures.
